STOCK UNIT AGREEMENT
Item 1. Moratorium on the third European Postal Directive.
Point 2, demand that, by law, the Government appointed Post as a preferred provider of the Universal Postal Service, which does not stop at all, or mandate to the contrary, the Postal Directive.
Item 3 ยบ. We claim that the new Postal Act established "barriers" on how to prevent the massive entry of private operators into the English postal market. Among them:
A. - Restriction of access points to the public postal network and later the other operators, and define the hours and days of deposit
B. - Establish a minimum volume of shipments and requirements of classification and preparation.
C. - Determining a price for access to the postal network Post that does not involve financial loss to the public operator.
D. - Require operators serving the same quality requirements and schedule the required public postal operator
E. - Establish, in accordance with the criteria set by the Directive, a framework of minimum labor rights for all sector (public and private operator) in order to prevent dumping and trimming labor rights and / or wages as a competitive factor.
Item 4. We demand the repeal / reorientation of "Decretazo" Access to public postal network and the renegotiation of the Rules of special environments.
Item 5. We demand to establish the system Act funding for coverage based on the net cost of SPU from the state budget.
Item 6. The Government must promote a Multi-Year Strategic Plan long-term commitment to diversification, financial services and new technologies, which must be based on a Multi-Year Investment Plan to maintain investment levels in the last 4 years.
